Custom Orders & Artwork Policy
• For photo slates and personalised designs, please ensure the image you upload is high-resolution and that you have the right to use it.
• We may crop or adjust the image slightly to best fit the design, but we’ll always ensure your photo remains the main focus.
• Custom proofs can be provided on request before production (optional).

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through Numonday’s secure checkout system. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Your order will only be processed once payment has cleared.

Processing & Dispatch Policy

Processing Time:
All items are handmade and personalised to order. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be created before dispatch. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), this may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Times:
• UK orders: typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• International orders (if offered): delivery can take 7–21 days, depending on customs and location.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier, with proof of postage provided.

Privacy Policy 

We take your privacy seriously.
Your personal information (such as name, address, and email) is used only to process and deliver your order, or to contact you if necessary.
We will never share or sell your information to third parties.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
• We are not responsible for postal delays caused by Royal Mail or external couriers, but we’ll do everything we can to help locate delayed parcels.
• Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order — we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.

Return Policy

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Personalised Items:
As all personalised products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been made — unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Non-Personalised Items:
For non-custom products, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Damaged or Faulty Orders:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
